Hi Mark,
since the correct pronunciation or German game titles frequently comes up, I have begun uploading mp3 files with the German pronunciation of game titles into the files section of BGG.
You will find files for many hard-to-pronounce games such as ‘Adel Verpflichtet.’ I’ll try to upload more as I go along. If you have any particular games you would like to hear the pronunciation for let me know, I’ll be happy to upload them to BGG.

Thanks for the wine tip! As a matter of fact, I put a Gewurztraminer in to chill last night! (I'd just finished off the Pinot Noir.)
I think those little mp3 uploads are a great idea. Though I'm still staying away from Adel.
